Marina Lindič

PRESIDENT OF THE PURCHASING ASSOCIATION OF SLOVENIA

Marina Lindič is the Co-founder of the Slovenian Association of Purchasers and has been its President since 2011, after serving as Vice-President from 2003 to 2011. Elected to the IFPSM (International Federation for Supply Management) board in 2014, she served as Treasurer from 2017 to 2020 and President from 2020 to 2023. Lindič is a co-author of the book “Strategic Procurement” and the “Procurement Manager’s Handbook,” where she also served as the technical editor. She is considered a young senior professional and has held significant roles in procurement, including Director of Procurement for the Adria and Italy business units at Ursa Slovenia d.o.o., where she was responsible for strategic investments procurement for the entire Ursa group. Lindič has a rich background in logistics, supply chain management, and procurement, including her time at Trimo d.d. as Head of Procurement. She completed her studies at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and attended the GMP at IEDC Bled School of Management.
