Barbara Podlogar is an experienced leader, mentor, somatic coach, and lecturer with over 20 years of hands-on experience in team leadership. Through extensive education both in Slovenia and abroad, she has become one of the most seasoned professionals in her field. She continues to deepen her psychological expertise at the Mental Health Clinic Pamina.

In 2023, her team received the HR&M Project of the Year award, and in 2018, she was honored as the Inclusion Ambassador by the Managers’ Association of Slovenia. Her dedication to continuous learning and exploring new approaches in leadership and psychology allows her to support clients and teams in achieving sustainable success and personal growth.
