Jaka Jelenc

Lead LCA Expert in the ESG Department, Danfoss Climate Solutions

Jaka Jelenc is the lead LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) expert in the ESG department of Danfoss Climate Solutions, where he plays a key role in advancing sustainable solutions within the industry. He specializes in conducting LCA analyses and implementing sustainability practices.

After earning his university degree in chemical engineering, he began his career at AquafilSLO, working as an LCA expert and management systems specialist. He also runs his own consulting company, Greenium, and serves as a LEAD EPD verifier for the certification body Bureau Veritas. In this capacity, he has advised and assessed many Slovenian companies.

Currently, Jaka dedicates much of his time to developing sustainability competencies among employees, emphasizing the importance of a strategic approach in embedding sustainable practices within organizations.
